Recruitment refers to the process of screening, and selecting qualified people for a job at an organization or firm, or for a vacancy in a volunteer-based some components of the recruitment process, mid- and large-size organizations and companies often retain professional recruiters or outsource some of the process to recruitment agencies. External recruitment is the process of attracting and selecting employees from outside the organization.

The recruitment industry has four main types of agencies: employment agencies, recruitment websites and job search engines, "headhunters" for executive and professional recruitment, and in-house recruitment. The stages in recruitment include sourcing candidates by advertising or other methods, and screening and selecting potential candidates using tests or interviews. wiki

Human resources is an increasingly broadening term with which an organization, or other human system describes the combination of traditionally administrative personnel functions with acquisition and application of skills, knowledge and experience, Employee Relations and resource planning at various levels. The field draws upon concepts developed in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and System Theory. Human resources has at least two related interpretations depending on context. The original usage derives from political economy and economics, where it was traditionally called labor, one of four factors of production although this perspective is changing as a function of new and ongoing research into more strategic approaches at national levels. This first usage is used more in terms of 'human resources development', and can go beyond just organizations to the level of nations. The more traditional usage within corporations and businesses refers to the individuals within a firm or agency, and to the portion of the organization that deals with hiring, firing, training, and other personnel issues, typically referred to as `human resources management'. 情報の中でも数の多い職種を紹介しましょう。

オフィスワーク系では断然「一般事務」が多いですね。

続いて「受付・電話受付」「総務系」「経理系」の順です。

営業・販売系だと「アパレル系販売職」が一番多く、続いて「営業・企画営業・カウンターセールス」となります。「営業アシスタント」や「店長候補」の求人も良く見かけます。

とらばーゆにはクリエイティブ・専門系はそれほど求人が多くなく、その中では「編集」や「デザイナー」「ファッション関連のバイヤー等」が目立ちます。この系列は比較的待遇がいいですね。

サービス系は圧倒的に「美容師・理容師」が多いです。
続いて「ホテル・ブライダル・旅行関連」「エステティシャン」となっています。

とらばーゆで最近とても求人数が増えているのが、医療・福祉・介護系です。とらばーゆに限らず、全国的に人手不足の分野です。

「歯科衛生士」「歯科助手」「看護士」「薬剤師」の求人が多いです。「医療事務」もこの分野にありますが、やはり<求人数は多いですね。

とらばーゆではリニューアル後に「美容」「ファッション」「医療」の3分野についてはそれぞれ専門サイトを作りました。
それだけこの分野からとらばーゆへの求人が増えているというわけです。
